Miika Hannula is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Computer Science of the University of Tartu, and a University Researcher (0.15) at the University of Helsinki. He obtained a PhD in mathematics at the University of Helsinki in 2015 and was awarded the title of docent in mathematical logic at the same university in 2022. Before coming to Tartu, he has also worked at the University of Auckland in 2015-18. Hannula’s researcher interests are broadly in the mathematical aspects of data management and logic in computer science.
