Mohamed is a junior lecturer at the University of Tartu and data team lead at the software development center at Giza Systems, a leading systems integrator in the MEA region, designs and deploys industry-specific technology solutions for asset-intensive industries such as the telecoms, utilities, oil and gas, hospitality, and real estate among other market sectors. He is leading a team of data engineers, data scientists, and SW developers. He got his Bachelor's degree in Communication and Information Engineering with Summa Cum Laude Honors from Zewail City of Science and Technology. He also got his master's of science in computer science and data science specialization from the University of Tartu with a CGPA of 5.0/5.0. His current research interests are automated machine learning (AutoML), Online Learning, Models Interpretability, and calibration of machine learning / deep learning models.
